From atop snow-covered mountains, the purest of water makes its way down the Plenty River through Tasmania’s pristine Derwent Valley. The township of Plenty lies at the heart of the Valley and that’s where Plenty Cider produces full-flavoured ciders using premium fruits from the area.
Family is a major part of who Plenty Cider is. Whilst their location blesses them with the perfect conditions to craft cider – their family members have called Plenty home for over 30 years. Being family-owned allows them to impart their refreshing outlook on life into the ciders they create and have full control over the creative process. This allows them to create a range that is innovative and charismatic.
All Plenty products carry the Cider Australia ‘trust mark’. This mark indicates that Plenty cider is made from 100% Australian grown fruit and through purchasing their cider you are supporting Australian fruit growers and regional communities.
Cidery opening early June 2021
Family owned and run, our Cidery is situated 15 minutes past new Norfolk, directly opposite the popular Salmon Ponds. Upon the opening of their Cidery, Plenty Cider warmly invites you to visit them for a tasting, Sunday session or family outing so they can share with you their passion for cider-making and their beautiful home, the land of Plenty.
