Mulled Cider

Ingredients

  • 2 litres traditional cider
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • Peel of 1 orange
  • 4 cinnamons sticks
  • 6 cloves

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a saucepan, then slowly bring to the boil. Once boiling, take off heat and eat sugar if desired.
  2. Serve immediately.
